Notes From My Journal

May it bring you light

Notes from my journal.

May it bring you light:

The opposite of death is not life – the opposite is birth.

Each breath is a life cycle.

Transcend thought and enter thoughtless awareness. It is an inner-knowing with no narrative.

Mind can be conditioned, being-source cannot. Source is untouched by this world.

Smile at life. It can be an inner-smile.

No need for reactivity - this is the essence of trust.

“Thy will, not my will” - or ask yourself: “what does the universe want from me?”

Life is only fragmented to the extent of mind activity. Get to the bottom of mind – the inner depth and there is one whole

Everything external is the play of life: lila.

How to remove opposition? First by removing fear. Fear is the opposite of faith. “Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists. Therein lies the peace of God”.

Is there energy flow in what I’m doing? Enthusiasm.

Deepen your consciousness to access knowing.

Knowing transcends thought. It is the inner smile of acceptance.

Karma yoga, this is surrendered action.

Some may use you as a sort of psychic lens to see the world. Again, thoughtless-awareness is the answer. Love transforms.

As the play of form continues. Breathe from the eternal. Timeless reality.

Thought is a form - an addictive form. You have no choice to stop it, until you realize you do.

“No weapon formed against me shall prosper”. Mind without love is a tool.

Life pushes for the birth of higher consciousness into the world. Suffering is a potential catalyst, until you realize the one consciousness. Then you are in sync with life.

The manifested world is an outer expression of the Source.

Source is pure awareness.

The outer world has evolution. Evolution without an equivalent raising in consciousness leans towards madness. Even if one mind could enter another, would they see love or fear? The mind can be used against you. The answer is entering the source which is untouched by the world.

Inner knowing. Inner faith. This requires no thought.

Anger is reactivity. Behind it is hurt. Realizing this we may lose things extnerally – yet nothing is lost on the deepest level.

Yesterday and tomorrow are reflections – like light shining on the moon.

“Come home” - asks consciousness.

Best wishes,

Michael
